Can I pick up my twin swim float myself?

Yes! You can pick up your twin swim float in our warehouse. You must make an appointment to do this.

Does Twin Swim Float deliver woldwide?

Yes we do! Please contact us at info@twinswimfloat.com for more information and a quotation of shipping costs. We do NOT deliver to post boxes. We ship from Monday to Friday.

All swim floats are out of stock. How do I place my order?

We will try to restock our twin swim floats as fast as possible. Even though your favourite product is out of stock, you can still place your order. The swim float will then be reserved for you to be delivered at the earliest inventory renewal.

What if my order is damaged?

If your article is not in perfect condition when it arrives with you, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by sending a mail to info@twinswimfloat.com. This needs to be done within 7 days after delivery. We will ask you to send pictures of the damaged goods, along with your order number and postal code.

To avoid disputes, it is also important to immediately note all visible damages to the packaging at the time of delivery on the hand-held scanner or courier service’s documents.
